Ok, so a little update for my faithful viewers who check up on me from time to time.

Katie and I are trying to get me out of Kansas. It'll still be a while; she's got a lot on her plate, and is looking for a place where we can live. I've told Karl that I plan on moving out. He's now clutching to having me here like a lost kit. I think he's beginning to understand that I'm serious, though at times (most of them) he acts as though it was never said. My family knows that I'm leaving, as does his sister, and his friends, and my friends, and so on. I'm still jobless, but that doesn't hurt me too badly at this time. Still waiting on materials and patterns from my mom so I can start making dolls to sell. I really want to do it, but I have to wait on her. It's kinda frustrating. We had another flood the other week. My stuff seems to have gotten hit the worst this time. I've told Karl it'd be a good idea to try to get a space above the ground, but he's reluctant to even consider trying. =-.-=

And now, the rant portion...

So, a while back, I managed to get under the thumb of ATT, and switched to sprint. The ATT lady told me that my account was paid off in full and would be closed out. A few months later, I get a call from ATT collections, telling me I owe over $400 on my account (which no longer exists). What the bloody fucking hell? I told the guy that I had been told my account was paid off and closed out. Being the idiot I am, I hadn't bothered to write down the confirmation number way back when for proof because they had said it was closed. I told the guy this and he started to get on my case that I still had an open payment on it, and that if I didn't pay, it'd go on my record. I told him that I'm broke, and have no job, and that even though my bf was a manager at a BK, we didn't have much after bills. He started to try and talk OVER me, which pissed me off even more. He began to say that if I didn't pay it off in the next 24hrs, they'd mark it Refusal to Pay. I told him to go ahead and do that now, since in 24 hours I still would be broke. When he began to repeat himself, I hung up. Seriously, I've been done with them for MONTHS, and they have the balls to tell me otherwise. They should really record their sessions and go over them so they know what the fuck they're talking about.

On a side note, not related to the rant... To the people who told me they had a name change but NEVER TOLD ME how much it cost, the current fee is $166, for those thinking of doing it. I went to the courthouse to ask.
